HOW DO I BOOK AN EVENT?

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO BOOK?

For booking events, we book on a first come, first serve basis and cannot guarantee availability. For peak periods (May through October) we encourage you to book as far in advance as possible so you are able to secure your event date.

IF THE DATE I WANT IS BOOKED, DO YOU HAVE A WAITING LIST?

Yes. Please reach out to us to discuss. Customers do change their dates from time to time and openings may become available.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

Your deposit can also be used to solidify another available date in the future, at the same event minimum that was previously discussed.

HOW DO I SECURE THE DATE?

The deposit is $250 and can be placed over Venmo, or by check in the mail. The deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferable to a date we have availability on, within the next 12 months, at the same event minimum discussed.

WHEN DO YOU NEED TO KNOW OUR FINAL COUNT?

Two weeks prior to the party before final payment is sent, is the latest we can make changes to your final count so we can buy and prepare the ingredients fresh for your event.

WHEN IS FINAL PAYMENT DUE?

We will collect the final payment 2 weeks out from your event. You are always welcome to pay in advance if the final count and all details are solidified.
